Greek Gods
Looking to your left of this page you will see a picture of Poseidon, the god of the sea. He was one of the Twelve Olympian Gods and Goddesses, meaning he was one of the best known gods and goddesses in all of Ancient Greece. Now if you look at the bottom of the page, you will see a picture of another one of the Twelve Olympian Gods And Goddesses of Greece, Zeus. Zeus is the god of the sky. Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon are all related. Hades was the God Of The Underworld... He was important, but being the god of the underworld, he was not considered one of the Twelve Olympian Gods of Goddesses. Poseidon was married to Hera, another of The Twelve Olympians, but she will be explained in the Goddesses Section. All of the gods and goddesses were important in one way or another. Just because they aren't one of the Twelve Olympian Gods and Goddesses, it didn't mean that they weren't important. An example of one of these gods was Tatarus. He was the lowest region of the underground world, but he was still important in his own, unique way. Everyone had a role to play in Ancient Greece and everyone has a role to play in the modern world.
