Greek Goddesses
There are plenty of Greek Goddesses; some important, and some that no one actually mentions or really cares about. I, for one, care about all of them. A couple of the important goddesses are Hera, Artemis, and definitely Athena. All of the goddesses played a very good role in society. A list of not so important goddesses is Ate, Calypso, Hecate, and Hemera.
A big role that all goddesses played in Ancient Greece is to practically keep society going. While the greek gods have roles like the god of the sea and others like that, goddesses have roles like goddess of war or love of childbirth, three very important things in life.
Goddesses kept society together in ancient Greece, so I believe that women now should be perfectly fine working at a job that might not be exactly what they planned to do.
